Charred Chipotle Brussels

2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp agave
1/4 lemon (plus more for finishing)
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp chipotle powder
3/4 tsp sweet paprika
2 lbs Brussels sprouts, rinsed and dried
Preheat oven to 525°.

Spread Brussels in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast until charred and tender (8-10 minutes).
